Monthly Tuition Fee Automatic Withdrawal Form

Automatic withdrawal can be setup for monthly fees or donations for the Institute.


Monthly tuition fee can be now charged via automatic withdrawal method. Your tuition fee will be charged every month, no need to worry about fee reminders and late fees.
  • Completing the form below means Al-Huda Institute is authorized to charge you card monthly/quarterly tuition fee till the end of the course.
  • The Recurring Charge will start from the following month of the day we receive your form. 
    (if you have fee due for previous months it can be charged as as separate transaction please mention the month and year till which you have paid your dues)
  • If you have pledged for recurring fee and your card is expiring before the end of your course. Kindly update us with new information.
  • Forms can be filled online below or downloaded from the attachments at the bottom of this page
