Methods to pay course fees or make donations
Registration and Tuition fee is not charged for Quran Teaching and Taking classes. Fee is charged to cover expenses relating to management of staff, students and Online Courses.
Registration and Tuition Fees are non-refundable and non transferable.
is the responsibility of each student to pay fee dues before every 5th
of the month. Being a student of Quran our responsibility doubles as we
represent Deen with our Amal.
Tuition Fee paid after 5th of every month, a Sadaqah of $5.00 for paying fee late should be added per month if paid after 5th of the month, please add it when paying.
Tuition Fee is being divided into monthly small installments for the convenience of the students who cannot pay fee of Complete course together.
who switch or drop courses during the course their previous fee will not be
those students qualify to get Certificate and Diploma who along with
other requirements of the course have also paid all their fee dues.
In case a Student drops from the Course in between and is on Auto-Fee withdrawl, they have to inform their Course Incharges, in order to cancel the auto fee withdrawl. If a student does not email or inform and still has dropped from the course, fee charged will not be refunded.
Fees will be paid all 12 months of the year during the course regardless of holidays, payments are broken up into monthly payments for ease of paying. Students may make monthly, yearly or even entire course fee as is convenient.
Student who join the Course late or in between has to pay fee for the previous months. Although they have not attended those months but when they will make up lessons staff will be listening to their lessons, doing their assessments and grading their exams, during the course or after the course. If a Student cannot fulfill this policy they are welcome to drop this course and join when next course starts. Or we will hold their Certificates till all past dues are clear.
Only those students will be exempted from this condition of paying fee for previous months who like to graduate with Next Course not the one they are enrolled in.
If a student switches to another course immediately (within a week), unused months fee can be transferred to the new course. A fee of $50.00 is required
for switching or changing courses.
If payments are sent by check and if the check bounces due to insufficient funds, a fine will apply.
If Fee dues are pending for more than three months, student's name will be removed from the course mailing list. Test / Assignment and password (for English courses) will not be sent unless fee dues are cleared.
